At Bootelier, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Returns must be sent back to our warehouse.

Returns must be requested within 90 days of receiving your order.

Please note, the cost of return is 5€ and the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is inspected and deemed in its original, resellable condition, we will process your refund.
